welcome to flora counseling

Hi, I'm Lileanna Flores, and I'm so glad you're here.

I created Flora Counseling to be a space where young adults can feel seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate life's challenges. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, self-doubt, or adjusting to a new season of life, therapy can provide a place to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

As a therapist, I am passionate about helping people build resilience, strengthen their confidence, and create meaningful change. I believe that growth doesn't happen overnight, and you don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out for support.

Wherever you are in your journey, you don't have to navigate it alone.

my experience

My professional background includes working in crisis services, substance use treatment, and community mental health, supporting individuals facing a wide range of challenges. These experiences taught me the importance of meeting people where they are with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment.

While I've worked with people across the lifespan, my passion lies in supporting young adults as they navigate the unique challenges that come with growing, changing, and finding their place in the world. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs. Together, we'll explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be contributing to your struggles while building practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience.

you might be in
the right place if…

you're navigating a
new season of life

Life transitions can bring excitement, uncertainty, and stress all at once. Whether you're starting college, entering a new career, adjusting to adulthood, or facing another major life change, therapy can help you feel more grounded as you navigate what's next.

you're exploring who you are and who you're becoming

Sometimes growth requires us to reevaluate our beliefs, values, relationships, and goals. You may be questioning what direction you want your life to take or trying to better understand yourself. Therapy offers a space to explore these questions without judgment.

you're hard on
yourself

You set high standards, push yourself to succeed,
and often feel like you're falling short despite your accomplishments. You may struggle with self-doubt, perfectionism, or feeling like you're never quite enough. Therapy can help you develop a more compassionate
and confident relationship with yourself.

you're balancing your needs with others' expectations

Maybe you've spent years trying to make your family proud, meet expectations, or do what feels "right." While those values are important to you, you may also be wondering what you want and who you are outside of those expectations.

you struggle with anxiety, stress, or overthinking

Your mind may feel like it's constantly running. You replay conversations, worry about the future, second-guess decisions, or feel pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we can work toward finding more balance, confidence, and peace of mind.

you're ready to invest
in your growth

You don't have to be in crisis to start therapy. Many people seek counseling because they want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships,
build resilience, or create meaningful change. Therapy can
be a place to slow down, reflect, and intentionally move toward the life you want to create.
